Marian Booth Green is dedicated to sharing the best, the interesting, the off-beat, the quirky, the historic and the beautiful in Billings, Montana. She is a life-long resident of Billings, a jazz singer and cabaret artist, a mother, a shoe-a-holic, a blogger and a busy real estate agent.
I have my mind and heart in many things, not least of which is the music and theater community in Billings. For this blog, however, the relevant info would be along the business line of work. I am a REALTOR. I have lived most of my life in Billings and have watched this community grow up and out. I have worn many hats here, including a number of years as a financial advisor specializing in estate planning (I love the stock market). I also had a practice that I was passionate about, providing financial counselling for divorcing individuals and couples. It was gratifying work.
I have a special love for the downtown area of Billings. I live there, in a wonderful “fixer-upper” 1912 Craftsman bungalow. I can fix plumbing, patch plaster; you name it, I’ve done it, I’m pretty sure. It seems like that, anyway! I’m drawn to historic homes and love to share my knowledge about them.
I also love the arts community here. It’s also downtown. Theater, music, art galleries are all in my much loved downtown area. Sometimes I sing and act up, I mean act, onstage. Can’t help myself. It’s in my blood.
(But enough about me…)
Marian, a fun site! Your blog on the Transfer Tax is A Okay!
